If you are looking to KEEP your tickets for Countdown: Orlando Invasion, no action is necessary! You will automatically receive the following weekend pass upgrades and refunds for camping fees:

GA Ticket Holders: Your pass(es) will be upgraded to VIP.

GA + Car Camping Bundle Ticket Holders: You will receive a $30 refund for your camping fees, and your festival admission pass(es) will be upgraded to VIP.

GA Lakeside Bundle Ticket Holders: You will receive a $75 refund for your camping fees, and your (2) festival admission passes will be upgraded to VIP.

VIP Ticket Holders: You will receive an additional VIP pass for each VIP ticket on your order to bring extra friend(s).

VIP + Car Camping Bundle Ticket Holders: You will receive a $30 refund for your camping fees, and you will receive an additional VIP pass for each VIP ticket on your order to bring extra friend(s).

VIP Lakeside Bundle Ticket Holders: You will receive a $75 refund for your camping fees, and will receive an additional (2) VIP tickets for each Lakeside bundle purchased (each Lakeside bundle purchase will now receive (4) VIP tickets total).

All Camping Add-Ons will be refunded in full. All customers will also receive a refund for any shipping fees paid. These partial refunds will be credited back to the card used for purchase in as little as 30 days, for all customers retaining their tickets.

Tickets for Countdown: Orlando Invasion will be mobile tickets, which will be delivered to you via email the week of the event.

If you would like to refund your entire order, please follow the below instructions by November 29, 2021. Refunds will be processed in 3-4 weeks.

Visit https://orlandoinvasion.frontgatetickets.com/ and log into your Front Gate Tickets account
Select “Order History” under the “Your Account” tab on the top navigation bar
Select “View Order Detail” on the order number you want to have refunded
Click the “Request Refund” button on the top of your order details.

NOTE: No partial refunds for individual tickets are available. If you need a refund on just some of your tickets, please request a refund for your entire order, and then re-purchase the amount of tickets that you need.
